Ready to try something new? Shred Squad is an Intro to Park that gives students in grades 5, 6, and 7 the chance to safely explore the terrain park, build confidence, and learn exciting new skills. 

With guidance from Mount Southington's experienced coaches, participants will learn park safety, proper etiquette, and the fundamentals of beginner-friendly boxes, jumps, and features. Each session focuses on control, progression, and having fun with friends.

This program is for skiers and snowboarders who are already comfortable on the mountain. It is not for beginners. Participants must be able to confidently ride independently and load, ride and unload the chairlift on their own.
