Participants must be able to:
Load, ride, and unload the chairlift independently
Navigate all Mount Southington trails confidently
Ski or snowboard independently throughout the mountain
Snowboarders must be able to link turns
This program is ideal for athletes who are ready to commit to regular training and want to continue progressing in freestyle skiing or snowboarding.

Dryland Training

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
On-Snow Training (Beginning when the mountain opens)
Wednesdays: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sundays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Competitions
Freestyle Team athletes compete in USASA Southern New England Series events throughout Connecticut and Southern New England.
Athletes are required to register with the USASA Southern New England Series before competing
Competition schedules are announced as they become available.
Before You Arrive
A Mount Southington Season Pass is included with team membership.
Helmets are required for all training sessions and competitions.
