Getting Started
Step 1
Create a Mount Southington account if you don’t already have one. Group Coordinators must have an account before the group can be completed in our system.
Step 2
Complete the Group Request Form to select your preferred visit dates (1, 4, 5, or 6 weeks) and program times.
Step 3
Once your dates are confirmed, we’ll create your group and email you a unique registration link and passcode.
Step 4
Share your registration link with participants so they can register online.
Throughout the process, our Group Coordinator will work with you to confirm your details, answer questions, and help ensure a smooth arrival for your group.
Group Attendance & Make-Up Policy
If your group is scheduled to visit and Mount Southington is open, the group visit cannot be rescheduled and the Individual Group Make-Up Policy goes into effect.
Participants who miss a scheduled group visit should refer to our Individual Group Make-Up Policy.
If Mount Southington closes due to weather or conditions, additional information regarding make-up sessions will be provided.
