Process 1-2-3-4
Step 1: Create an account: Create Account to be the leader of the group, if you don't already have one.
Step 2: Request your group’s visit dates (1, 4, 5, or 6) and the timeframe. For fast service, click on this Get Started Form.
Step 3: Upon confirmation of your dates, your group will be set up and you will receive an email with directions for participants to register.
Step 4: Invite your participants to Register Online using the groups' unique Link and Pass Code from the email.
We will be in touch throughout the process to confirm your group registration details and provide information for your arrival!

If your group is scheduled to visit and the mountain is open, the group cannot be rescheduled. If the group decides not to visit on that date, the individual make up policy goes into effect.
