DO I NEED A RELOADABLE CARD?

Yes. The reloadable card is your access to get on the mountain (lift ticket). You will have to purchase a reloadable card the first time you come to ski/ride but as long as you keep that card, you can reload that same card all season long. If you misplace your card, you will have to purchase a new one. Media fee is $5 per card.

HOW DO I SET UP MY WHOLE FAMILY?

Create or find the account for an adult (age 18+) family member first. After that, you can create or find each family member and then associate them to your account. This will allow you to make purchases for everyone in the same transaction, and you can sign the waivers for any minor family members who are under the age of 18.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER IF I BOUGHT A TICKET OR PASS ONLINE BEFORE?

Our new e-store went online August 2023. You will need to register on this e-store the first time you use it.

WHAT IS AN ASSOCIATE?

Registered account holders can identify family members and friends that you will make purchases for. These are referred to as Associates.

You must first register yourself to the e-store, then you may create associates that link to your account, which will make it easy to add them to your order.

How do I REDEEM or TRANSFER my 8 hour Anytime Lift Ticket Voucher?

Click on MY ACCOUNT on main menu
Select SMART VOUCHERS on the side navigation
Scroll to 8 Hour Lift Ticket and select REDEEM
Click on TICKET PRODUCT CHOICES
Select appropriate age group ticket for person using ticket
Choose the party member and pick the arrival date
You can pick from your associates or add a new party member
Click on REDEEM VOUCHER to add to your cart
To TRANSFER, click on TRANSFER to issue the voucher to your friend or family member.

You can pick from your associates or add a new party member by entering their RFID code (include the dashes with the code). Give a reason, then select TRANSFER. The guest that you assigned the voucher to, can now log into their account and use it

HOW DO I REDEEM MY CHILD'S 8-HOUR LIFT TICKET VOUCHER?

The lift ticket voucher is automatically associated to the person the product was purchased for. If it was purchased for a child that does not have an email address, please email [email protected] with the subject "Promo Vouchers" along with your child's name and ask that the voucher be transferred to your account.

If your child has an email address, that child needs to have an online account, meaning you will need to register the child’s RFID card webcode. You will need a different email and you will assign them a username and password.

Once you have registered the child or had the voucher transferred to your account, you will go to the top of the page and click on “My Account”, then you will click on the “Smart Voucher” tab and this is where you will redeem the 8-HOUR VOUCHERS.

If you are still having a hard time, you can send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “PROMO VOUCHERS”, also include the pass holder's name with the benefits.

REFUNDS

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS?

We will only refund purchases in the event that the mountain is CLOSED for the day. If we are open and you purchase a lift ticket, lesson or rental, if you don't use it, you will lose it.

I BOUGHT TICKETS AND LESSONS AND NOW THE WEATHER DOESN'T LOOK GOOD, CAN I CHANGE THE DATE?

If we are open, you must show up for the day you booked. If you show up on a different day, you will have to purchase the products again and the lessons (if applicable) may already be sold out.
