Ski Patrol/Rangers

Mount Southington Ski Area proudly has a National Ski Patrol and Ranger Program that will make each visit to our mountain a pleasant and safe one.

Mount Southington's Ranger Patrol or Courtesy Patrol was one of the first to be established in New England. Their mission is to maintain control and assist with skier safety on the mountain and in the base area. They are a group of 75 volunteers that help make your visit a pleasant one. You can recognize them by their bright yellow jackets.

Mount Southington's Ski Patrol is part of the National Ski Patrol. They are highly trained winter first aid volunteers prepared to provide rescue services in the time of need.
